Cuyahoga Courier shows public SEC EDGAR records about the listed companies whose EDGAR business address is in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, as they stand when read, and links to the originals at sec.gov. It is independent: not a newspaper, not Cuyahoga County or any government body, not the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and not affiliated with any company listed.

No advice. Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation or a forecast. Deadlines are computed from public facts and the SEC’s rules and can differ from what a company does. Always check the filing itself at sec.gov.

Accuracy. Records are copied as EDGAR publishes them and can lag, change or contain the filer’s own errors. The site is provided as is; WeldonPC is not liable for decisions made from it.

Plans. Route Pass $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, renewing until cancelled; Day Pass $1.00 for 24 hours, no renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the pass runs to the end of the paid period. During the preview no payment is taken and the Route Pass features are free.

Fair use of the site. Feeds are for personal or in-house use. Do not hammer the site with automated requests; read EDGAR directly for bulk data.
